No templates to set up and no rules to write. You forward the document, check the result, and send it where you need it.
Forward an email, upload a PDF invoice or paste a chat message. Vietnamese and English both work.
Claude pulls out the fields that matter. Anything it is unsure about is flagged for you to confirm.
Export to Google Sheets, Excel or your order system, ready for packing and shipping.
Many small businesses here take orders through email, Zalo, Facebook Messenger and phone notes, with no consistent format. Big data tools are too complex and expensive for them. OneTwoThree is designed to be the simple option.
Handles mixed languages. Real messages mix Vietnamese, English, abbreviations and typos.
Understands local addresses. Ward, district and province are split into clean fields for shipping.
Keeps a person in the loop. Nothing is sent onward until you approve it.

Nhan has spent more than nine years in e-commerce logistics and data operations, working on the problem of turning messy carrier, address and customer data into clean records at scale. He started OneTwoThree to bring that capability to small businesses that can't afford a data team.
We are looking for a small group of online sellers to try OneTwoThree and shape what we build first. Email us and tell us how your orders arrive today.
